How It Works
During the remote support session, you will be able to observe our skilled technicians at work as they use their knowledge to troubleshoot and solve the problem affecting your computer or to make changes and install new software. Your mouse will actually move around on your computer screen, you can also chat with the technician while he is connected to your computer.
Closing the remote support app permanently removes our connection program and we will be unable to reconnect without your permission until you choose to re-install the application for further service. This entire process protects your privacy and keeps you in complete control at all times.
